Technology Assistance
As teachers in our district, there are three types of technology you will need to use on a regular basis that you might not yet be familiar with: ClassXP for attendance, IGPro for grades, and your phone, which includes voicemail. The following files can be downloaded, printed, and used to answer some of the most common questions you may have. If you don't see what you need, ask.
IGPro
- This document contains instructions on emailing grades to parents, printing class rosters, printing class grades, printing progress reports, printing lists of missing work, and adding notes to student files.
- This document has help on exporting grades.
Phone
- Phone instructions are not provided here in detail for security reasons. If you have misplaced your phone guide, Monica or Kristen can give you a new copy. If you are having additional issues, one of us would be happy to help, or you can call tech support at ext. 422.
- If your message light won't go off, even though there are no messages, pick up the receiver, dial #43, and hang up. Repeat until the light goes off.
- To check your voice mail from home dial 623-386-9730, enter 9xxx (your extension), enter your security code, and get your messages.
ClassXP
- So far, no one has had very many questions about ClassXP. If you have a question, ask, and I'll be sure to post the answer for everyone to have access to.
LCD Projector
- If you are having difficulty setting up and running and LCD projector, this document might help you.
Maintenance Requests
- This form is missing a few key codes and passwords for security purposes, but it walks you through the rest of the maintenance request procedure. Ask Monica or me for the codes.
