Although the District website is your best source of information on the district, there is some employee-specific information that is worth highlighting here.

Who's Who, and How Can They Help?

This list is not comprehensive, but includes the people at the district who you are most likely to need to reach.

  • Diann Barnes is in charge of Human Resources.  She is who you should contact about hiring, related paperwork, and submitting things for board meeting agendas.  Her extension is 1701.
  • Sue Curry does purchasing for the district, and she's absolutely amazing.  Call her if you have a question about an order that was submitted.  Her extension is 1704.
  • Kristi  deals with cocurricular paperwork at the district level.  She is who you should call with questions about your club.  Her extension is 1723.
  • Laurie Colbert deals with payroll, and you should call her for questions about your paycheck.
  • Kari Klein is the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction.  Among her many responsibilities are coordinating district inservices, and supervising the TAP program.  Her extension is 1758.
Where Is The District Office Anyways?
  • If you are coming from I-10, get off at the Jackrabbit exit, and head south to MC-85.  Turn right on MC-85 and travel about seven miles.  Take a right on Narramore (it's just after some apartments, and just before the first stoplight (Eason) you will see on this stretch of road.  If you keep heading straight, you will see an octagonal builiding.  This is the district office.
  • If you are coming from Estrella Foothills, take a right on Estrella Parkway.  Take a left on San Miguel (the first stop sign).  The intersection at Estrella Elementary is Elliot.  Turn left.  Travel to Tuthill, which is the first stop sign, and go right.  Take this to the first stoplight, which is MC 85, and turn left.  After about seven miles, take a right on Narramore (it's just after some apartments, and just before the first stoplight (Eason) you will see on this stretch of road.  If you keep heading straight, you will see an octagonal builiding.  This is the district office.
