Although the District website is your best source of information on the district, some handy information is worth highlighting here.
Who's Who in the Foothills Office, and How Can They Help?
This list identifies the Foothills office staff, moving in a counter-clockwise direction if you are entering from the campus side of the office.
- Jean Logsdon is the administrative assistant to the principal, and she is your main source of help and information in the main office. Notify her if you need to place a request for a substitute. She is also whom you should email if you have anything to place in the morning announcements. Her extension is 2470.

Mary Storto is the administrative assistant for discipline. If you have any assignments for students out on extended absence, bring them to her. Her extension is 2450.
- Leslie Doud is the administrative assistant for guidance and also our registrar. Submit all verified grades to her at the end of each grading period. Her extension is 2440.
- Susan Karasek (ext. 2444), Kristen Glasser (ext. 2443), and Paul Halpine (lead counselor - ext. 2441) are our guidance counselors.
- Karen Zahora is the administrative assistant for athletics and student accounts. If you operate a club or coach a sport, she is the person to see about managing your accounts. Her extension is 2480.
- Teresa Orloff is the school nurse. Her extension is 2431.
- Derek Fahleson is our Athletic Director and Assistant Principal. Anything related to athletics and all building or transportation requests should be routed through him. His extension is 2481.
- LaToya DeJesus is in charge of attendance. You will submit your weekly verification sheets to her. LaToya's extension is 2400.
- Stephanie Gonzalez deals with CTE, and you will be in contact with her if you are in that department. Her extension is 2460.
- Karen Sanders is our Assistant Principal in charge of discipline. All discipline-related issues should be routed through her. Her extension is 2451.
- Dr. Leslie Standerfer is our Principal. Her extension is 2471.
Who Else Might I See Around Campus?
- Roger Wallace (Site Foreman), Josh Millan (Maintenance Technician), and Dave Owens (support) keep our campus maintained and functional. Scroll to the bottom of the page for instructions on how to place a maintenance request. In case of emergency (burst pipe, etc.) Roger's extension is 2590. Contact Jean Logsdon (ext. 2470) if you cannot reach him.

(Hiring in process) is the EFHS network technician and keeps our computers functional. Place requests for repairs through the maintenance request form (see below). In case of emergencey, her extension is 2543.
- Abel Gonzalez is our lead custodian. Maria Quevedo is also a day custodian. The night custodians who keep our campus clean are Yolanda Castro, Gloria Fernandez, Blanca Gonzalez, Patricia Quiroz, and Antonio Rivera.
- Jim Orloff and Paul Brooks are our campus security officers. You may also see our School Resource Officer, Kyle Rogers . Call Jean Logsdon (ext. 2470) in the main office if you need security.
- Jamie Alascia (head librarian) and Dee Dee Molitor run the library. Dee Dee is also the queen of the copier if you are running into issues. The library front desk is extension 2670.
- Bill Lutten is our groundskeeper.
- Jayme Arrieta is our TOA (Teacher On Assignment), and handles In-School Suspensions. Her extension is 2499.
Who's Who at the District Office, and How Can They Help?
This list is not comprehensive, but includes the people at the district who you are most likely to need to reach.
- Diann Barnes is in charge of Human Resources. She is who you should contact about hiring, related paperwork, and submitting things for board meeting agendas. Her extension is 1701.

Sue Curry does purchasing for the district, and she's absolutely amazing. Call her if you have a question about an order that was submitted. Her extension is 1704.
- Kristi Elliot deals with cocurricular paperwork at the district level. She is who you should call with questions about your club. Her extension is 1723.
- Laurie Colbert deals with payroll, and you should call her for questions about your paycheck.
- Kari Klein is the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction. Among her many responsibilities are coordinating district inservices, and supervising the TAP program. Her extension is 1758.
- Nancy Eaton is the Director of Data for the district. If you cannot resolve issues with the gradebook or attendance by contacting Monica or Kristen, she is the person to get in touch with.
Where Is The District Office Anyways?
- If you are coming from I-10, get off at the Jackrabbit exit, and head south to MC-85. Turn right on MC-85 and travel about seven miles. Take a right on Narramore (it's just after some apartments, and just before the first stoplight (Eason) you will see on this stretch of road. If you keep heading straight, you will see an octagonal builiding. This is the district office.
- If you are coming from Estrella Foothills, take a right on Estrella Parkway. Take a left on San Miguel (the first stop sign). The intersection at Estrella Elementary is Elliot. Turn left. Travel to Tuthill, which is the first stop sign, and go right. Take this to the first stoplight, which is MC 85, and turn left. After about seven miles, take a right on Narramore (it's just after some apartments, and just before the first stoplight (Eason) you will see on this stretch of road.
